To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the magazine Zipper, a special event, "Zipper 20th LAFORET PARTY," will be held at Laforet Harajuku on March 30th.

A number of impressive guests will appear, including model and singer Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, singing duo PUFFY, actress Naka Riisa, talent IMALU, photographer Ninagawa Mika, and Akihabara idols Dempagumi Inc., and will take part in a fashion show, live performance, and talk show.

The MCs will be the comedy duo Ungirls. Works created to commemorate the magazine's 20th anniversary will also be on display, including works by illustrator Urata Spangle, Ota Uni, who is popular for her fashion illustrations, Jigoku no Misawa, who became a hot topic for her annoying characters, Takano Aya, who is a member of Takashi Murakami's Kaikai Kiki, and calligrapher Takeda Soun.

In advance of the event, Zipper's 20th anniversary items will be available from March 23rd. Limited items from 40 shops, including a gathered dress with a cat and cross pattern (5,995 yen) from E hyphen world gallery, smile-printed denim (17,640 yen) from RNA MEDIA, and a color-blocked T-shirt (3,990 yen) from POU DOU DOU, will be sold exclusively at Laforet Harajuku.
