A much talked-about shop is scheduled to open during Laforet Harajuku's spring renovation.
The world's first flagship store will be opened by Jeffrey Campbell, a shoe brand known for its innovative designs and beloved by celebrities like Cameron Diaz, Leanne Lohan, and Nicole Richie. The brand's popularity is rapidly increasing in Japan thanks to its affordable prices and unique designs. The new store will offer early sales of the latest spring/summer collections, as well as Laforet Harajuku exclusive items and will also begin selling accessories and miscellaneous goods such as iPhone cases and bags for the first time. It opens on Saturday, February 23rd.
Also on Saturday, February 23rd, KIKKA THE DIARY OF will open its first Tokyo-only store. Since its debut in Fall/Winter 2012, the brand has been targeting girls who want to be more fashionable and enjoy fashion, offering a style that mixes cool street casual with a pop and girly vibe. Novelty gifts will also be available to celebrate the opening. Furthermore, on Wednesday, February 20th, the select shop "CANNABIS" will open. To celebrate the opening, limited-edition items from four popular brands (fleamadonna, NAKID by G.V.G.V, Vargas, and very brain) will be available. CANNABIS's concept is a place where outsiders gather, focusing on music, fashion, and art. The Laforet Harajuku store, with its "New Mode Style" theme, will combine Japan's unique culture and underground culture in Harajuku, a global fashion district, to create a new fashion trend for women.
