THEATRE PRODUCTS' 2013-14 Autumn/Winter collection was unveiled on March 21st. The designers were Akira Takeuchi and Miwa Fujiwara. This is the first collection under Fujiwara's leadership, replacing Taeka Nakanishi, who had been the designer since the brand's founding in 2001. Based on the theme of "FRIDAY," the first half of the collection evoked the image of a working woman arriving at work on a Friday. The first look featured a gray, tight-fitting pantsuit with glasses, a top with a tailored collar and an open back. The overall cut flatters the shoulders, back, and legs, showcasing femininity. The second half featured a white, lacy top and micro pants, topped with a striped fur jacket and sunglasses, a style that celebrates Friday nights. Accessories and small items were distinctive. The collection featured casually styled hairstyles, bags, clutches, hair clips, and earrings with motifs like combs and hand cream, while the boots were designed to blend seamlessly with the pumps. "I wanted to show a style that was simple yet expresses my own personality through accessories," said Fujiwara.
