Taro Okamoto exhibition to be held at Shibuya Hikarie 8/ ART GALLERY from April 10th

"Myth of Tomorrow" is a huge mural located in the connecting corridor of Shibuya Mark City. Located across JR Shibuya Station from Shibuya Hikarie, an exhibition of Taro Okamoto's work will be held from April 10th. The exhibition will run until April 29th at 8/ ART GALLERY/ Tomio Koyama Gallery in Shibuya Hikarie, and admission is free.

Faces and eyes are frequently featured in Okamoto's works from 1970 onwards, as holes connecting the universe and humans, and in many cases the eyes in his works are depicted as being one with his own. This exhibition will feature these works as well as approximately 30 other lithographs, etchings, and other prints.
