The Tissot Boutique Ginza will finally open on January 30th, and three limited edition models will be released to commemorate the opening.

Jan 15, 2021
To commemorate the opening of the Tissot Boutique Ginza, we have decided to release three limited-edition models featuring a playful "GINZA x TISSOT" design on the case back by illustrator Koji Toyama.

Throughout its long history of 168 years since its founding, TISSOT has established itself as a watchmaker beloved worldwide as "INNOVATORS BY TRADITION" (innovators rooted in tradition and breaking with tradition).

To commemorate the opening of the Tissot Boutique Ginza, which is just around the corner on January 30th, we have decided to release three limited-edition models featuring a playful "GINZA x TISSOT" design on the case back by illustrator Koji Toyama.

The limited edition models commemorating the opening of "Tissot Boutique Ginza" are three in total: two types of men's Tissot Gentleman Automatic models and one women's Tissot T-My Lady model. All are based on navy blue, with a chic design that suits the sophisticated town of Ginza, and come as a limited set with either a leather strap or a stainless steel bracelet. They will be released in a special box, with only 30 of each. This limited edition model will be available exclusively at the Tissot Boutique Ginza. However, in light of the current COVID-19 situation, to ensure customers can enjoy shopping with peace of mind, Tissot Boutique Ginza accepts inquiries, consultations, and reservations by phone or email without visiting the store. Furthermore, Tissot has implemented measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, including having employees take their temperature before work, wearing masks at all times, disinfecting their hands, and cleaning and disinfecting the store. We also ask customers to take their temperature, disinfect their hands, wear masks, and maintain a reasonable distance when visiting the store. Koji Toyama is an illustrator and graphic designer. He graduated from Parsons School of Design and returned to Japan from New York in 2010. He currently works on a variety of projects, primarily for magazines and advertising, utilizing illustration, graphic design, and photography. In recent years, his love of cars has led him to work across genres, including participating in various car projects.
