Danielle Clough, a female artist from Cape Town, South Africa, continues to share her talents in a wide range of forms, primarily through design. She works as a VJ, projecting images onto screens during live musicians' performances, collaborating with musicians from a wide range of genres and appearing at numerous music festivals. In addition to her VJing career, she also takes on digital design work for local businesses and works as a photographer, leading a busy life.

Recently, she has been showcasing a new side of her talent through embroidery, producing a number of pieces of work of a quality that is hard to believe is a side job. Initially, she simply embroidered line drawings on scraps of felt, but she has since honed her skills and begun to create self-portraits, people, and animals using unique colors and threads. Her extensive body of work includes projects such as "What a racket," in which she embroidered the netting of a vintage racket; "EMOJIS," in which she embroiders everyday emojis used in emails; and pieces depicting Chewbacca and the Death Star from the movie Star Wars. One of the most eye-catching pieces is the masks she created for the "Capsule Projects Exhibition." This project was based on the concept of 15 selected artists expressing their inner selves through masks. The masks she created feature a black base decorated with a vivid flamingo-like bird, with strands of thread dangling from the bird like icicles.
