TOD'S presented its 2016-17 Autumn/Winter collection at the PAC Museum in Milan, Italy. The brand presented a performance titled "VB HANDMADE," in collaboration with Italian artist Vanessa Beecroft. Vanessa Beecroft's artwork spans a wide range of genres, including performance art, photography, drawing, painting, and sculpture. Her signature works include alphabet pieces featuring nude women. The performance, themed "A Tribute to the Protagonists of Made in Italy," featured Vanessa Beecroft interpreting the quality and craftsmanship of TOD'S artisans, showcasing their artistic techniques with contemporary appeal. As Karlie Kloss lay reclining on a bench, four artisans sewed a dress. The single piece of leather draped over her body, like a second skin.

Artisan craftsmanship is, of course, fully utilized in the everyday items offered by Tod's. The Tod's Wave Bag, which debuted last season and was inspired by saddlery, is an it-bag that combines the outstanding skills of artisans with contemporary design.

This season, marking the second season since the bag's debut, the lineup includes models featuring macro lozenges (large diamond shapes) in contrasting colors and multi-colored python. You can experience the traditional "Made in Italy" style that is unique to Tod's, with its meticulous attention to detail.
