The exquisitely smooth "Parfumé" is a gift assortment of six chocolates that combine two different tastes and textures from 12 flavors, such as yuzu and matcha ganache. You can enjoy a variety of flavors and tastes in one box, such as the refreshing "Yuzu Milk" (Flavor 1.), which combines yuzu jelly and milk chocolate ganache, the grown-up "Strawberry Damask Rose" (Flavor 4.), which combines strawberry jelly with rose-scented white chocolate ganache, and the "Matcha Lemon" (Flavor 6.), which combines fragrant matcha and lemon verbena ganache.

This Valentine's Day limited edition bread is made in the style of the Westin Hotel Sendai, with bitter-tasting Valrhona chocolate and almond praline kneaded into brioche dough made with plenty of butter and egg yolks, and then baked to a fragrant babka, to which fresh raspberries are added.
