KEITA MARUYAMA will announce the 2021 Spring&Summer Collection.
Light and shadow
The scent of daffodils
A gentle breeze
Sunburned shoulders
A strange language heard on the radio
My thoughts drift back to memories of a distant vacation
Nowadays, it's not easy to go anywhere
But my heart can always travel freely to that sunshine, the sweet smell of flowers, and beautiful scenery.
This Spring/Summer 2021 collection is filled with such feelings.
Keita Maruyama

Jonquille (Jonquil - Daffodil) Series
Maruyama, who has felt sympathy for the world depicted by Moriyama Yuichiro, collaborated on the beautiful oil painting "Jonquille (Daffodil)" which had remained in his heart ever since he saw it at Moriyama's solo exhibition over a year ago. This series was the inspiration for the image of this season's collection.

Spring Flower Embroidery
Spring flowers such as poppies, snowdrops, violets and freesias are embroidered on sophisticated basic items such as maxi-length trench coats, wrap skirts and work pants. These sharp items are infused with a feminine charm.

Mandarin Orange Print
An original print series featuring hummingbirds on fresh mandarin oranges. It will be available in a variety of items, including dresses, blouses, skirts, etc. Also noteworthy are products that combine stripes with other patterns to create a fun look.

Organic Cotton Knit
A blend of organic cotton and soft cashmere. What's more, this knit series is dyed in beautiful natural hues using dyes made from food ingredients that would otherwise be discarded due to their shape or other reasons. These items were born from a process of trial and error in realizing sustainability in fashion, and come in three colors: yellow, pink, and blue. The yellow is dyed with cabbage, the pink with purple cabbage, and the blue with red turnip.
