8/ ART GALLERY/ Tomio Koyama Gallery in Shibuya Hikarie is hosting the Tom Sachs exhibition "STORE," which began on February 20th. This marks Sachs' fourth solo exhibition at Tomio Koyama Gallery, and his first in two years since TKG Editions Kyoto in 2011. The exhibition features a trunk containing Sachs's recent sculptural, product, and catalog editions, including the "Kelly Bag" and "American Tool Kit," as well as a video work created in 2011 and three sculptural works created in 2012. He has participated in numerous exhibitions at institutions including the Guggenheim Museum and the Whitney Museum of American Art, and also held a solo exhibition at the Prada Foundation in Milan. In Japan, he exhibited a giant Kitty statue at "KittyEX.", an exhibition commemorating the 30th anniversary of Hello Kitty's birth that toured to museums such as the Mori Art Museum in 2004.
