
Andy Stott will be performing live at Liquid Room in Ebisu on March 1st.
Stott is a representative artist of Modern Love, a label renowned in the minimal dub and deep techno scenes. His talent was recognized by Modern Love's owner, Shlom Sviri, and he released his first album in 2005, bringing him to the limelight.
He released his first album, Merciless, in 2006, and the compilation album Unknown Exception in 2008. His 2011 album Passed Me By / We Stay Together won awards from various techno and house media outlets, and in 2012 he released his latest album, Luxury Problems, after a hiatus of about a year. The song "Numb" from the album was also used as the finale of Chanel's Spring/Summer 2013 Haute Couture collection.
The performance will feature DJ KRUSH, a Japanese artist who has been a solo artist for over 20 years, as well as Flying Rhythms, Numb, and KEIHIN as guests.
