Original Podcast Series
"Listen to Magazine" Program Overview

■"MU Official Super Everyday Podcast"

In the "MU Official Super Everyday Podcast," a podcast by the super mystery magazine MU, first published in 1979, editors MU-yan and Hinagata Hagoromo (Dear Stage Theater Company) directly interview MU-like experts on the theme of "suspicious things" and "mysterious things" hidden in the everyday. We also bring you topics that are currently under investigation and research and cannot yet be published in the magazine. UFOs, unidentified flying creatures, ghosts, prophecies, secret societies... the "super-ordinary" lives next to the ordinary!

Currently scheduled episodes include "The US presidential election and conspiracies," "The New World Order plan hidden in the Illuminati cards," "What can you learn from fortune telling, anyway?", "Dismantling internet urban legends," and "Where are the power spots?"

■ "Instocial by Bijutsu Techo"

Since its launch in 1948, Bijutsu Techo has been Japan's leading art magazine for over 70 years, introducing the cutting edge of contemporary art both in Japan and abroad and garnering widespread support from artists, critics, curators and art fans. The magazine's podcast, "instocial by Bijutsu Techo," is themed around "art and society."

In recent years, art has increasingly been used in a variety of social contexts, from regional revitalization and urban development to welfare and education. This program explores why art is attracting attention now. Guests from a variety of fields are invited to explore the connection between art and society from multiple perspectives.

The title "instocial" comes from the idea of installing art into society. The hosts are Hashizume Yusuke, editor-in-chief of the online version of Bijutsu Techo, and Yamashita Yukako, managing director of "THE CLUB," an art gallery in Ginza, Tokyo.

■"TRANSIT VOICE “Traveling Podcast”"

TRANSIT is a travel culture magazine launched in 2008. It introduces beautiful scenery and culture (food, things, people, etc.) from around the world and Japan through the filter of “travel”. In the newly launched podcast, "TRANSIT VOICE "Traveling Podcast," the magazine will talk with professionals in the field about the experiences and questions they have gained through travels both domestically and internationally.

While constantly questioning why we need to travel, the podcast will cover behind-the-scenes stories from the latest issue's special feature, a spice journey that has captivated the world, and talk about their next (future) journey. The podcast aims to deliver content that brings readers up close to the people and events of the world, gradually accumulating the nourishment and education they need to live healthily every day.
