Louis Vuitton is pleased to announce a collaboration with LEGO® certified professionals, Master Builders, to decorate window and store displays around the world for the holiday season. Using iconic LEGO® bricks, festive scenes celebrating the essence of imagination and creation will be created, running until January 1, 2023 (Sunday, national holiday).

The vibrant, three-dimensional scenes, conceived by Louis Vuitton's Visual Image Studio and brought to life by LEGO® Certified Professionals, build on a creative collaboration that began with a trunk for "LOUIS 200," a project commemorating the 200th anniversary of founder Louis Vuitton's birth, in which the LEGO® Group, as a Visionary Member, created a giant birthday cake made of 31,700 bricks.

Coinciding with the LEGO® Group's 90th anniversary, the collaboration is being held on a global scale, captivating audiences both inside and outside Louis Vuitton stores. A snow-covered Christmas tree instantly evokes winter, while a vibrant Damier pattern emerges against a brick-covered backdrop. Panels of various trunks, including one specially crafted for High Jewelry, are inlaid into the LEGO® tiles and feature realistic hardware and handles. Some trunks are closed, while others are open and filled with bricks.

Other scenes include meticulous recreations of the Arc de Triomphe and the Pont Neuf, evoking Paris during the holiday season. A larger-than-life stack of trunks, inspired by archival photographs, evokes the Eiffel Tower—a fantasy-filled world showcasing the limitless possibilities of LEGO® play. At the grandest scale, festive exterior designs measuring 2-15 metres, accented with bricks, will be featured on the facades of select Maisons, adding an extra dimension. At the smallest scale, LEGO® motifs will be featured on special packaging for this period.

Interpreting the Louis Vuitton universe with out-of-the-box imagination, this collaboration with LEGO® Certified Pros sends a powerful and enduring message of handmade creation. The intersection of the two brands' heritage finds joyful expression in just one brick or millions of bricks. Once disassembled, the bricks will be reused through local partners, inspiring local school children to build and learn through play.
