Yagi Co., Ltd. will be changing the name of "Yeti," a global brand under Nordisk, which our group company handles jointly with Nordisk Japan Co., Ltd., to "Y(dot)BY NORDISK" from the 21SS season.
Founded in Germany in 1983 and currently headquartered in Denmark, Yeti sells high-quality, lightweight down products throughout Europe and has built partnerships with outdoor enthusiasts around the world for nearly 40 years. Its reliability has led it to grow into a global brand that has won numerous awards, including REDDOT.
In recent years, responding to dramatically changing social conditions has required us all to change our way of thinking and behavior, so we decided to modernize our brand and become more sustainable. To make this change clear, we have decided to transform the brand name and appearance into a simple, beautiful, and meaningful graphic, based on the red "Y" that has been a symbol recognized for many years.
We will then incorporate Nordisk's various assets into this and make a new start as Y(dot) BY NORDISK. We will offer seasonless products that are close to people's hearts, from comfortable winter downwear to clothing for camping in spring and summer and spending time at the park.
