A limited-time menu featuring the marriage of chocolate and new wine at Jean-Paul Hévin

Nov 7, 2014

Jean-Paul Hevin will be releasing a limited-time menu, "Menu Terroir 2014," which allows customers to enjoy both new wine and chocolate. This year marks the fourth annual "Menu Terroir," and as always, the menu features "La Grande Colline," a natural wine brewed by Hirotake Ooka in the Rhone region. Because it is free of antioxidants, customers can enjoy the natural fruit flavor of the grapes. The chocolate to accompany it is made with Venezuelan cacao, known for its strong structure. Two bite-sized chocolate treats have been created: "Mousse au Chocolat" and "Petit Cream Puff." Additionally, customers can enjoy a generous drizzle of "Chocolat Sauce," a blend of five spices, over the "Cake au Chocolat." "Menu Terroir 2014" will be available at Jean-Paul Hévin's eat-in space, "Bar à Chocolat," from November 20th to 30th. The price is 1,696 yen.
