A pop-up shop for H.P.FRANCE, a brand created by Yukiko Yuzawa, is open at the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store until November 11th. The theme of the brand's 2014-2015 Autumn/Winter collection is "Je suis...." The shop introduces different types of adult women who live brightly and resiliently in the 21st century. According to Yuzawa, a "resilient woman" is one who is open-minded, receptive to other people's opinions, and has a strong sense of identity, rather than someone who pushes others aside. The look, titled "I am a nomad, I am an urban nomad," features warm fur and long-haired knitwear. Items like the cardigan (98,000 yen) and blouson (40,000 yen) feature slim, vertically elongated silhouettes that reflect the season's style. The look is accented with a ribbon hair clip (19,500 yen) featuring a folkloric and classical embroidery.
The look, "I am a modern cosmopolite (Je suis cosmopolite je suis moderne.)," is based on a motif of dimensions beyond place and time, with the mysterious light of nylon reflecting metallically. Under the outer coat (116,000 yen), a fur vest (144,000 yen), a dress (111,000 yen), and a skirt (67,000 yen) are paired, and mannish elements can be seen throughout, such as a bag (77,000 yen) and short boots (86,000 yen).
The look, "I am an animal!!! (Je suis animale !!!)," features ducks, rabbits, tigers, leopards, and Pegasus on the loofah, the symbol of the Bourbon dynasty. The outfit, consisting of a coat (190,000 yen), cardigan (105,000 yen), pants (115,000 yen), and gloves (49,500 yen), expresses the image of a powerful woman marching with animals.
"I am a sportswoman" (Je suis une SPORTSWOMAN.) features striking pattern-versus-pattern, blending of different materials, and color combinations. The shorts (102,000 yen) feature a mix of burgundy and gold, and the fur blouson (127,000 yen) brings out the toughness of a woman, creating an even sportier look.
