Handbakes, a tart sweets cafe that has enjoyed overwhelming popularity at Shinjuku Lumine, has opened on the first floor. Bushwick Bakery & Grill, a resort cafe specializing in eggs and breakfast, produced by a master baker, has launched as a new business.
Gourmet Walk, a restaurant zone with 16 open-terrace shops, brings together popular Tokyo restaurants, including Da Bocciano, the 2012 Pizza World Cup champion, Harajuku Gyoza-ro, the Harajuku restaurant that always has a line-up, and Kaiten Sushi Katsu Midori, the conveyor-belt sushi restaurant of Umegaoka Midori Sushi. Maui Mac's, serving rotisserie chicken and Hawaiian chicken, the number one favorite among Hawaii locals, is also opening its first location in a commercial facility. Tasty Table, offering a wide selection of food and lifestyle goods, is home to 13 stores, including seven new types of stores, such as Chocotto Milk Bar, a soft-serve ice cream shop using American chocolate Ghirardelli, and The Chiffon and Spoon, a specialty store for fluffy chiffon cake with a new texture. On the second floor, The French Toast Factory, a hugely popular French toast cafe that always has a line, is the perfect place to relax between shopping. On the third floor, a new collaboration between Kinokuniya Bookstore and Shiroyagi Coffee Shop has opened. Here, you can enjoy a relaxing time with books and coffee. Finally, Tully's Coffee Kids Community, a new store for mothers raising children and their babies and children, has opened on the fourth floor. This is the first Tully's Coffee store in Japan to offer this new type of store. The interior features low sofa seating for easy interaction with small children, as well as a play area for children. Here, you can enjoy a total of 300 books, including picture books for children and cookbooks for mothers, while you dine. The menu also features a lineup of caffeine-free options, suitable for nursing mothers and pregnant women.
The Food Terrace food court, which has terrace seating, will feature the Korean-popular "Baeks Bibimbap" for the first time in Japan. Other dining options include "Pasta Hiro," produced by Italian chef Hiromi Yamada and opening its first location in Kanagawa Prefecture; "Hanamaru Udon," a new business aimed at mothers and women; and "Bullpul," which serves tapioca juice made with premium Taiwanese tea leaves.
