"Paper that connects people" introduces Haguruma's original stationery on Pass the Baton

Mar 22, 2017

From March 29th to April 23rd, PASS THE BATON GALLERY in Omotesando Hills will be hosting a collaborative project with envelope and paper product manufacturer Haguruma, titled "Paper that Connects People." The event will showcase original stationery from "Winged Wheel," a brand developed by Haguruma, a company founded in 1918. The event will feature products that allow visitors to experience the new appeal of paper, made from recycled paper and deadstock items from store renovations and manufacturing. In addition to "Winged Wheel," the event will also feature a set of five envelopes and cards (1,400 yen each) featuring Haguruma's deadstock paper and original graphics and illustrations by KIGI (Ryosuke Uehara and Yoshie Watanabe). The set will be available at the Kyoto Gion store from April 15th to 30th, and at the Marunouchi store from May 3rd.

In addition, for a limited time and in limited quantities, Pass the Baton Gallery and Kyoto Gion store will be offering personalized letter paper (from 6,000 yen) that can be custom ordered with initials or names.
