Tower Records will be holding a triple collaboration pop-up shop at their vinyl record specialty store "TOWER VINYL SHINJUKU" on the 10th floor of their Shinjuku store from December 5th to December 13th, featuring their in-house apparel brand "WEARTHEMUSIC," Fujiwara Yutaka of Harajuku's long-established vintage shop "BerBerJin," and Yoshii Kazuya, with merchandise designed specifically for this collaboration on sale.


The theme of this pop-up shop is a fusion of the secondhand music items sold at Tower Records' vinyl record specialty store "TOWER VINYL SHINJUKU" with the secondhand clothing (fashion) of "BerBerJin." We'll be creating a space where you can experience the joy of unearthing one-of-a-kind items and the timeless sound and design that only masterpieces from the good old days can offer.

During the event, we'll be offering a variety of products, including the "NO DENIM, NO LIFE." line, hand-designed by Yoshii Kazuya, a close friend of Fujiwara Yutaka, who is said to have "discovered new value in vintage denim," as well as vintage denim jackets, denim pants, and band t-shirts selected by BerBerJin, as well as the recently released and much-talked-about book "Levis® VINTAGE DENIM JACKETS Type I, Type II, Type III (Limited Edition)."

Pre-orders for the "NO DENIM, NO LIFE." line will begin at 15:00 on November 6th on the special page "BerBerJin x Yoshii Kazuya x WEARTHEMUSIC" within Tower Records Online, and you can pick up your items at the Shinjuku store POP UP SHOP from December 5th.

Notes regarding reservations for collaboration products
・Reservation period: From 15:00 on Friday, November 6th to 12:00 on Monday, November 16th
・The sale may end once the number of reservations has been reached.
・Release date: Saturday, December 5th

・Opening hours of Shinjuku store: 11:00 - 21:00
*Reservations for products will only be accepted online through "Tower Records store reservations."
*Please note that reservations are not accepted in-store at the Shinjuku store or over the phone.
* Customers who wish to make a reservation must register as a Tower Records Online member in advance.
* Each person may reserve (purchase) up to two copies of each product.
* Products can only be picked up at the Shinjuku store.
* Items can be reserved for one week after release.
* After the release date, only in-store sales will be available. We do not accept product reservations, online reservations, telephone reservations, or in-store reservations.

Fujiwara Yutaka
Born in Kochi Prefecture in 1977. Director of BerBerJin
Known as one of the industry's foremost vintage masters, he boasts an impressive collection of denim, particularly of both trousers and jackets. Utilizing his outstanding knowledge of vintage items, he is also involved in collaborations and planning with brands. His own archive books, the official Levis(R) books "THE 501(R)XX – A COLLECTION OF VINTAGE JEANS" and "Levis(R)︎ VINTAGE DENIM JACKETS Type I, Type II, Type III", are also on sale now.

Kazuya Yoshii

Kazuya Yoshii
Born in Tokyo in 1966. Raised in Shizuoka.
Active. He made his solo debut in 2003 under the name "YOSHII LOVINSON" with the album "TALI." Since 2006, he has been active under the name "Kazuya Yoshii." Since then, he has released numerous works and has continued to work with many international musicians and engineers. Since July 2020, he has been performing the acoustic live show "UTANOVA."
