"Good Moment," a small-scale joint exhibition featuring brands committed to Made in Japan, was held in Osaka City for three days from November 6th.

Five brands participated this time: "Reproduction@i," a women's brand developed by children's apparel company Three Arrows; One Wash, a small-scale women's casual apparel brand with its own in-house sewing facility; "Naru," an original women's brand from Minamiide Meriyasu, a cut-and-sew sewing factory; "Lamy Millers," an original women's brand from Sanko Clothing; and Urban Ole Eco Park, a woodworking goods retailer.

Also, on the 6th, a limited-time shop selected by "Good Moment" opened on the third floor of Hanshin Department Store Umeda Main Branch, featuring four brands: Reproduction@i, One Wash, Naru, and Clover. It will run until the 12th.

This marks the 8th Good Moment. Until now, the event has been held three times a year in February, May, and November, in Osaka only. Starting next year, however, it will be held twice a year, in May and November, with each event taking place in Tokyo and Osaka.

Making its debut this year was Sanko Clothing's "Lamy Mirrors." The brand offers women's tops, skirts, dresses, and underwear-style camisoles made entirely from cut-and-sew fabric. It was launched as a new brand by the company. Another eye-catching item was Urban Ole Eco Park, which sells woodworking goods. The company's wooden tableware making kits include spoons, chopsticks, butter knives, and more. Each item is carved from a block of wood and then coated with beeswax to create the desired dish.


Minamide Meriyasu's "Naru" opened its first directly operated store in Teramachi, Kyoto, in June of this year. The product lineup is 60% in-house products and 40% sourced from other companies. Going forward, the company aims to increase store sales while also providing feedback to the company to improve the precision of its planning.
