Daimaru Matsuzakaya Department Stores, Inc., a member of the J. Front Retailing Group, will provide customer services (outside sales services) to Brands Tower Osaka Honmachi, a development in Minamihonmachi, Chuo Ward, Osaka City, jointly developed by four companies: Tokyu Land Corporation, Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd., Sumitomo Corporation, and Cosmos Initia Co., Ltd. This marks the first time that Daimaru Matsuzakaya Department Stores, Inc. will provide services to a specific condominium and all of its tenants.

In its 2021-2023 Medium-Term Management Plan, the Group has adopted the "Prime Life Strategy," proposing various solutions to affluent individuals, as well as those who value culture and the arts and enjoy enriching, sustainable lifestyles. As part of this strategy, the Group is working to develop new solutions for the affluent. This decision will see the provision of department store services, primarily focused on customer services, to a luxury tower condominium being developed by a real estate developer.


Condominium customers can receive Daimaru Matsuzakaya loyalty services by joining the "Daimaru Matsuzakaya Loyal Customer Gold Card." The condominium is located in Minamihonmachi 2-chome, Chuo-ku, Osaka, approximately a 15-minute walk from the Daimaru Shinsaibashi store, and items ordered or purchased at the store will be delivered by a dedicated shuttle service. In addition, the concierge service within the condominium and the cafe & bar in the sky lounge on the 42nd floor will be operated by Dimple Co., Ltd., a member of our group company.

Brands Tower Osaka Honmachi is a state-of-the-art condominium that is poised to become a flagship in the Chuo Ward area of Osaka City, where construction of tower condominiums has been on the rise in recent years. A shuttle service to Daimaru Shinsaibashi Store is available. Orders and in-store purchases will be delivered using this service. *This is a service that delivers to a parcel box. Membership to the Daimaru Matsuzakaya Loyal Customer Gold Card is required.
3. Department store quality concierge service
Dimple Co., Ltd., which operates the information center for Daimaru Matsuzakaya, will provide high quality concierge service. We will also provide information on events held in the common areas by Daimaru Matsuzakaya Department Stores Co., Ltd.
4. Cafe & bar operated in the sky lounge on the 42nd floor
Dimple Co., Ltd. operates the cafe & bar in the sky lounge on the top floor. Soft drinks, alcoholic drinks, and light snacks are served in this space where you can enjoy a spectacular view.
