A Christmas-only plan for Smiles' "100 Spoons," a picture book-style course meal with children as the main characters

Nov 3, 2016

"100 Spoons" (1-14-1 Tamagawa, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo), a family restaurant run by Smiles, will be offering a Christmas-only course called "Santa's Helper" (5,000 yen for adults, 2,700 yen for children) from December 20th to 25th. Reservations have been accepted since November 1st on a first-come, first-served basis.

"Christmas is finally here. But clumsy Santa has completely forgotten about the Christmas cake...! He has to hurry up and get ready. Can he help Santa? "

This time, they will be serving a course meal that is just like a story from a picture book. Menus that are tailored to the content of the story will be introduced one after another, and children will become the main character of the story, helping Santa and enjoying the food along with the story. What's more, as a "gift from Santa", if you make a reservation through the official website for dates between December 20th and 22nd, children of elementary school age and younger will be invited free of charge.

The dish lineup includes "Star Cocktail" (children only), "Reindeer's Flower Salad", "Cream Risotto Abducted by a UFO", "Fluffy Sheep's Shrimp Bisque", "Dwarfs' Campfire", and "The Little Cook's One-of-a-Kind Cake in the World".
