This autumn, Peninsula Merchandising Limited will open two new boutiques and cafes in Tokyo where customers can fully enjoy the world of Peninsula. The first will open on October 14th in Pla de Epicerie on the first basement floor of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku, and the second will open on November 14th on the first basement floor of Shin-Maru Building. Both flagship stores of The Peninsula Boutique & Cafe will offer gourmet food and gift items.

The Peninsula Boutique & Café was founded in 1988, inspired by The Peninsula Hong Kong, and inheriting the vision of The Peninsula Hotels, a hotel group that opened in Hong Kong in 1928 and combines Western and Eastern hospitality, to "provide the finest products and services."
Based on the concept of a "luxury hotel in a boutique," the interior is unified with a timeless, elegant yet stylish design, featuring white displays and rose gold accents. The store offers a wide range of items, including cakes and pastries, chocolates, black and Chinese teas, as well as condiments and gifts, all of which are loved by gourmet customers around the world and meet the discerning tastes of The Peninsula Hotels. In addition to these, we will be adding seasonal sweets and gift sets, aiming to create stores filled with enjoyment that will make you feel the season whenever you visit.
In addition, both stores will have a cafe space, and the Isetan Shinjuku store will offer beautiful, elaborate dessert plates at the counter, where pastry chefs will add the finishing touches right in front of you, while the Shin-Maru Building store will offer The Peninsula's signature afternoon tea and light meals, with slightly modified offerings available at each store.
We will continue to expand our range of items that allow you to enjoy the Peninsula lifestyle from home, and hope to share the world of The Peninsula with as many people as possible through The Peninsula Boutique & Cafe.
