On November 15th, the food-themed lifestyle store "FOOD & TIME ISETAN" opened on the third floor of Atre Shinagawa. The stylish, New York-inspired space features a supermarket offering fresh, healthy ingredients, a food court and deli, and nine other shops, including a cafe and bookstore.
"FOOD & TIME ISETAN" is a new food business operated by Mitsukoshi Isetan Food Services. The entire third floor of Atre Shinagawa is divided into four zones: "Enjoy," "Cook," "Eat," and "Spend," and proposes a lifestyle that expands through food. The "Enjoy" and "Cook" zones are home to the Queens Isetan supermarket. The store offers a liquor and wine bar, vegetables, prepared foods, cheese, and sweets, as well as regional specialties and unique seasonings, offering a thoughtful lineup of souvenirs.
The "Eat" zone features a food court and deli offering a premium dining experience. Antenna America, which offers eight types of craft beer at any given time, Boulanger Asanoya, a long-established Karuizawa bakery, and Gri Pan, a burger shop run by Asanoya, are opening their first new store. A wide variety of menu items that pair perfectly with beer are available to enjoy in the eat-in corner. For health-conscious eaters, we recommend Farmer's Green, a salad specialty store produced for the first time by Queens Isetan, featuring vegetables from Hokkaido to Kyushu, and Guzman y Gomez, an Australian Mexican restaurant with its first Japanese location at Laforet Harajuku. The "Spending Time" zone will feature Blue Bottle Coffee, a representative third wave coffee cafe.
