Grand Hyatt Tokyo's Infection Prevention Measures>
The safety and health of guests and employees is our top priority at Grand Hyatt Tokyo's restaurants, and we are taking infection prevention measures based on Hyatt's new hygiene initiative, "Global Care & Clean."
Temperature checks are required for all guests and employees upon entry. In addition, hand sanitizers are installed throughout the hotel and disinfection of high-touch surfaces in public spaces is being strengthened. To ensure social distancing, restaurants have reduced seating capacity, and the Pastry Boutique has limited the number of customers allowed inside. We also provide alcohol-based disinfectant pads (75%) to all customers so that they can disinfect their hands immediately before eating. Menus have been changed to laminated versions for easier disinfection and QR codes for easy access. The kitchen is also disinfected more frequently, employees wear masks and gloves, and wash their hands and gargle at regular intervals. Cutlery is also wrapped in napkins and other measures have been taken, and these measures will continue to be updated in accordance with hygiene instructions.
