The authentic product exhibition will feature a selection of around 70 foods (prepared meals, seasonings, alcohol, sweets, etc.) carefully selected by ISETAN DOOR buyers, focusing on popular ingredients loved by the people of Kagoshima Prefecture, ranging from classic items to the latest hits.

Characterized by the striking product name, "Vinegar that can be used for anything" is a sanbaizu (three-cup vinegar) made by combining brewed vinegar and light soy sauce, brewed with great care by Kubo Brewery, which is based in Kanoya City, with sugar, dashi, and other ingredients. As the name suggests, it can be used not only in classic dishes such as vinegared dishes and Nanbanzuke, but also in a wide range of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, depending on your imagination.

You can enjoy the seasonal flavors of Kagoshima, from the classic satsumaage to the black satsuma chicken that has recently been gaining attention.
