"MARK IS Fukuoka Momochi" opened in the Seaside Momochi area of Fukuoka on November 21st. A total of 163 stores have been confirmed, including new business formats and stores opening for the first time in the prefecture.

The facility is based on the concept of "Momochi Gokochi - Every day, something special." Taking advantage of its location in Seaside Momochi, which is on the seaside yet close to the city center, it targets a wide range of customers, from families to young people and seniors, as well as local residents and tourists. The spatial concept is to take advantage of the location while incorporating elements of Fukuoka Yahoo! Auctions. The facility will be a "seaside hill town" that will combine with surrounding facilities such as the Dome and the Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk to create an attractive townscape, allowing people to feel the pleasant seaside atmosphere wherever they are, creating a new landscape that will symbolize Fukuoka City. By bringing together a one-stop shop offering a space where people can spend time comfortably, entertainment, and high-quality products and services that will make everyday life one level higher, the facility aims to become a landmark for the region while blending into the daily lives of local people. Of the 163 stores, the lineup includes 9 new business formats, 44 stores opening in the prefecture for the first time, and 19 stores opening in a commercial facility for the first time, bringing together trendy stores in each category to suit various lifestyles and real needs.

Stores including California-based concept store RHC Ron Herman, which will be opening in Kyushu for the first time, TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE, interior design store ACTUS, JOURNAL STANDARD relume, nano・universe, FREAK'S STORE and other popular select shops, as well as sports and outdoor shops and an array of imported brands, will offer a sophisticated lifestyle. The facility will also feature a wide selection of restaurants and cafes suitable for everyday use or special occasions, including Kanazawa Maimon Sushi, which will be opening its first Kyushu location, and Drive-In Tori, a popular chain in northern Kyushu, which will be opening its first commercial facility.
Other facilities include the live music venue "Zepp Fukuoka," the cinema complex "United Cinema Fukuoka Momochi" with 4DX, and the amusement facility "namco" where you can experience VR.
