"YourFIT365" (see description below), a service launched at Isetan Shinjuku in August 2019, matches customer foot data measured with a 3D measuring device with shoe tree data. Over 10,000 people have been measured in just one year. 1. Design
Measurements were taken using a 3D measuring device and the accumulated data showed a strong tendency for those measured to have a wide base of the big toe, so this was reflected in the design.
- The base of the toes is securely wrapped, and a design that provides a comfortable fit for those with a foot shape that is close to the measured shape.
- Rather than adopting a regular wide design, we pursued a smart and elegant design, with a toe line and cut line that have been stripped of excess material and do not have the plump feel that is typical of wide shoes.

2. Heels
4E pumps usually have a low, thick heel, but you can also choose a high, thin heel.
We have prepared a variety of heels that will make customers want to wear them!
