Roppongi Hills will be holding its Christmas event, "Roppongi Hills Christmas 2020," from November 13th to December 25th, kicking off with the illuminations on Roppongi Keyakizaka Street. The Keyakizaka illuminations, a seasonal sight that heralds the arrival of winter in Tokyo, are back this year. Approximately 700,000 LED lights in an urban, sophisticated "SNOW & BLUE" theme will light up the approximately 400-meter row of zelkova trees. Even in this new normal, enjoy the same unchanging Christmas, with the entire city enveloped in sparkling illuminations and the warmth of its people.

1. A popular photo spot is the Tokyo Tower and the impressive 400-meter illuminations.
The Keyakizaka illuminations are a fantastic photo spot. You can capture the entire illuminations from both the top and bottom of the hill in front of Escada on Keyakizaka Street or near Roppongi Tsutaya Bookstore. The illuminations are especially recommended for filming when they are lit up.
2. Environmentally Friendly! LED Illuminations
Roppongi Hills' illuminations have been environmentally friendly, using LEDs since its opening in 2003. Furthermore, we will be utilizing the "Green Power Certificate" system to use clean electricity again this year.

Shops in Roppongi Hills and Grand Hyatt Tokyo will begin taking reservations and selling special Christmas cakes to brighten up your Christmas Eve table from Sunday, November 1st. Please contact the store for more information.
