A BATHING APE® (BAPE®) has launched a new collection, “Performance All Weather,” in collaboration with designer Kazuki Kuraishi. Blending urban fashion sensibilities with technical winter-sport functionality, the collection presents a modern vision for active lifestyles across both city and mountain environments.

Reinventing the Iconic Camo Pattern
At the core of the collection are two new camouflage designs by Kuraishi.DIGITAL ABC CAMO reinterprets BAPE®’s classic “ABC CAMO” in a pixelated form while integrating the iconic green hues of 1ST CAMO.

Meanwhile, UAP CAMO (Universal Ape Pattern CAMO) embeds the APE HEAD, “Foot Soldiers” logos, and BAPE® typography in a subtle, intricate composition.Both patterns carry forward the spirit of Kuraishi’s early creative roots at BAPE® from 25 years ago—revitalized through contemporary aesthetics and material innovation.

Outerwear that Marries Form and Function
The first drop, arriving in November, introduces detachable jackets and reversible downs in DIGITAL ABC CAMO, multi-patch shirts, updated Shark hoodies, and tactical pants that balance style and performance.The collection also features daypacks, coach jackets, fleece, knits, and graphic tees—building toward the December release focused on snowboard-ready gear.

The campaign visual brings together a global creative community deeply connected to Kuraishi:Edison Chen (CLOT founder), HOSHI of SEVENTEEN, James Lavelle (UNKLE), JESSE (SixTONES), Kaneee, Naoto Hiroyama (ORANGE RANGE), Riisa Naka, and Sean Wotherspoon each embody the collection’s spirit in their own way.Their presence reflects the collection’s ethos—fearless expression across boundaries of culture, style, and terrain.

The “BAPE® by KAZUKI KURAISHI” collection will roll out in three chapters this season.Drop 1 launches on November 8, 2025 (Sat), followed by Drop 2 on November 22 (Sat).Finally, Drop 3, debuting on December 6 (Sat), introduces snowboard gear and outerwear tailored for winter activities.All items will be available at BAPE STORE® locations and BAPE.COM.
About Kazuki Kuraishi
Born in Tokyo in 1975, Kazuki Kuraishi began his career in Colorado as a snowboarder and mountain biker before studying graphic art in New York.After returning to Japan, he worked as a creative director and graphic artist for leading brands including adidas Originals, CASHCA, and KAPPA, while designing album covers for musicians such as Ian Brown and Tommy Guerrero.
Today, Kuraishi leads multiple creative projects including A.FOUR Labs / DUSTNATION, a collaboration with art director Tetsuya Nagato, and Studio Ar.Mour, a joint initiative with James Lavelle (UNKLE).In 2018, he joined The North Face APAC Global Design Project Team, and since the 2021/22 season, he has designed the snowboard and freeski line for DESCENTE.Also active in music, Kuraishi performs as part of the band is and ism, formed with NAOTO of delofamilia.His 2012 book “Odds and Ends” compiles his personal archives—reflecting his wide-ranging creative passions beyond fashion.
