The second collaboration between Starbucks and Campus, the "2021 Starbucks Campus Schedule Book," will be released on October 7th.

Starbucks is working with people across industries to recycle the coffee grounds and milk cartons left over after serving coffee and lattes to customers, in order to utilize them as effective resources.
As part of this initiative, Starbucks began recycling milk cartons in 2010. In addition to using them for paper napkins and hand towels used in stores, Starbucks has also been selling Starbucks Campus Notebooks since August 2019. The "2021 Starbucks Campus Schedule Book" being released this time is a schedule book whose cover is made from recycled milk cartons, which are discarded annually at approximately 1,000 tons from Starbucks stores nationwide.

The title page of each month in the schedule book features the packaging design, story, flavor keywords and characteristics of Starbucks coffee beans. The design for January, the start of 2021, is "Pike Place® Roast", named after the birthplace of Starbucks. This coffee is a blend created based on Starbucks' knowledge and passion for roasting coffee, as well as customer feedback.
The format is a weekly left-hand style that corresponds to the notation for Japanese days of the week and holidays, and the right-hand page features grid notes. Enjoy your coffee journey throughout the year with your favorite coffee and schedule book.
