T4 TOKYO, a table tennis-themed multi-purpose space, opened in Shibuya, Tokyo on June 8th (1-12-16 Jinnan, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, ASIA BUILDING, 1st floor and basement 1st floor). The facility is made up of four areas: a restaurant and bar, a brand shop, an experience space, and a school. THE RALLY TABLE, a restaurant and bar on the first floor, is based on the concept of a "rally communication table," and features a table tennis table set up in a stylish, urban space. It is an Italian bar where you can casually try out table tennis while enjoying food and drinks, and enjoy a new kind of communication through the table. The food menu is a collaboration with popular Tokyo restaurants, and lunch options include the "TOKYO COWBOY Hamburger" (1,600 yen), made with coarsely ground meat from TOKYO COWBOY, a Setagaya butcher shop that specializes in Wagyu beef, and the "Roast Beef & Rapée Sandwich" (1,200 yen), as well as the "CHEESE STAND Ricotta Quiche" (1,100 yen), made with fresh cheese from CHEESE STAND, which produces and sells cheese in Oku-Shibuya. Tea time desserts include the "Ping Pong Pancakes" (850 yen), inspired by table tennis balls, and the "Meringue Chocolate Banana Parfait" (650 yen). Dinner menu also includes meat dishes such as "TOKYO COWBOY Roast Beef and Truffle Risotto" (2,400 yen), made with tender roast beef and truffles, "TOKYO COWBOY Wagyu Meat Sauce Pasta" (1,500 yen), and a hearty 5-piece grilled meat platter (4 servings/4,500 yen). For alcohol, a wide selection is available, including original cocktails such as the "Ping Pong Sour" (700 yen), which uses kumquats to resemble ping-pong balls, and the "Artichoke Mojito" (800 yen), as well as natural wines. To accompany your drinks, snacks such as "Anchovy Potatoes" (500 yen), "Chicken Heart Confit" (650 yen), and "Fried Gnocchi with Cheese Sauce" (700 yen) are also available. Opening hours are from 11:00 to 23:00.
In addition, those who wish to learn table tennis in earnest can receive one-on-one lessons with professional coaches at the attached school, "TACTIVE," using a digital system. Table tennis tables can also be rented by the hour and programs tailored to individual goals and levels are also offered. TACTIVE's first private VIP room offers luxurious seating and a luxurious atmosphere.
In addition, the first directly managed store of "VICTAS," the brand responsible for the official apparel of the Japanese men's table tennis team, will open on the same day.
