GOOD SUNDAY MARKET, an event for people who value natural living even while living in the city, will be held at Yoyogi VILLAGE by kurkku on June 18th.
This year's theme is "Eco & Organic," which was a huge hit last year. The event is being held in collaboration with eau, an antenna shop for TAKEFU (bamboo cloth), a natural antibacterial fiber made from bamboo, located in Yoyogi VILLAGE, and the lineup will include stores that carry the products sold at the shop.
The eight stores participating include "Nendo no Cosmetics Body Clay," which turns clay, which has been used for beauty and healing since ancient times, into skincare products; "Saint Monica," which sells natural horse oil creams, soaps, cordials, and more; "Cocowell," a coconut specialty store; and "MOON PEACH," which offers skincare products made with the traditional Okinawan herb "Shell Ginger."
You can also enjoy five workshops, such as "Making soap shampoo rinse using fresh herbs" by "Aleppo Soap" (participation fee: 2,000 yen/maximum 10 people), "Cleaning up the river" kitchen cloth project by "TAKEFU (Bamboo Fabric)" (participation fee: free/maximum 14 people), and "Making moisturizing cream from Hokkaido birch sap" by "Saint Monica" (participation fee: 1,000 yen/maximum 8 people). All workshops require advance reservations, but you can also participate on the day.
