The Shibuya Fashion Festival Executive Committee will hold "Shibuya Fashion Festival.5," an event on the 22nd in conjunction with Tokyo Collection Week, which begins on March 17th, in collaboration with Shibuya Ward and apparel companies, connecting the entire city. The main visual features 15-year-old model Mona Matsuoka. Based on the theme of "Spring in Shibuya," the event evokes a fresh and powerful mood through flowers and vibrant colors. Under the slogan "Gather Shibuya," over 200 shops in Shibuya Ward, including department stores, fashion buildings, select shops, and restaurants, will host special events such as in-store parties and workshops, one-day sales and exclusive items, and a stamp rally using Facebook "likes." Celebrating its 10th anniversary, goldie H.P.FRANCE will hold a reception party in collaboration with artist Mai Ohara, and SHIPS will offer 10% off merchandise and a limited-time gift of blended aromas.

In collaboration with Recruit's "Chopelier," a "Shibuya Fashion Allowance" worth a total of 26 million yen will also be awarded to visitors on the 22nd and 23rd. There are two types of allowances: a "regular allowance" of 5,000 yen for the first 5,000 people, and an "emergency special allowance" of 100,000 yen for 10 "uncool people," whose chances of winning increase the more "uncool" people are recommended by their friends on social media.

The Hachiko statue in Shibuya will also be dressed up. Fashion and design designs will be publicly solicited from students, and the selected students' works will be worn on the day of Shibu Fest.
