It has been announced that Akiko Yano, who wrote the lyrics and composed the music for Isetan's official song, "ISETAN-TAN-TAN," will make a special appearance in the promotional video.

In this video, Isetan Dancers, selected through an internal Isetan Mitsukoshi recruitment process, perform to choreography by MIKIKO, who also directs and choreographs Perfume's live performances. The video will be available worldwide on YouTube from April 1st.

The scene featuring Yano was filmed at "The Stand," a bar counter on the second floor of the store's main building. While the Isetan Dancers were rehearsing, she made a surprise appearance, eliciting both surprise and applause on set. After the actual shoot, Yano and the Isetan dancers were seen checking the monitor, creating a harmonious atmosphere on set. Immediately after filming wrapped, Yano was asked about his feelings for Isetan. He began by reminiscing, "I've probably been coming here since I was born, maybe even while I was still in my mother's womb." He also shared, "When I was a child, I would take the Toden streetcar with my mother to deliver lunch boxes to my father, who worked in Shinjuku, and then stop by Isetan afterward." Yano, who currently resides in New York, says that the first thing he does when he returns to Japan is check out "what's cool in Japan right now." "As soon as I enter Isetan, no matter how depressed, sad, or down-at-hearted I feel, I feel like my spirits are lifted somehow. Coming to Isetan is like pampering and healing for me," he said, revealing his love for Isetan.

The song will also be included in Akiko Yano's new album "Tobite Teiku Yo," which will be released on March 26th.
