This year's Christmas theme at Yokohama Bay Sheraton is "Sheraton Christmas 2020: Light for Tomorrow." This year, two new cakes will be introduced: the eye-catching bright pink "Mousse Chocolat Ruby" and the "Premié Neige," which represents a white Christmas. Decorated to enhance the excitement of Christmas scenes, these gorgeous cakes will tickle your fancy. They're sure to add a touch of color to your Christmas table. 【Executive Pastry Chef Muto Shuji】
Appointed pastry chef at Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers on May 1, 2016. He was the runner-up at the World Pastry Team Championship, also known as the World Cup of confectionery. He has experience as an executive pastry chef at The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo and Mandarin Oriental Tokyo.
Bakery Chef Morihiro Ryuji
Born in Tokyo in 1964. After graduating from a vocational school, he joined the Hotel Metropolitan in Ikebukuro.
After working at a hotel and an in-store bakery, he joined the Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers when it opened in 1998. He has created a number of popular products to this day, spreading the name "Doré" throughout the country. In September 2020, the store was selected as one of the top 100 bakeries that received high praise from users in the "Tabelog Bread EAST 100 Best Bakeries 2020" ranking.
