For this trunk show, they have prepared approximately 1,000 pieces of deadstock (unused) eyewear. The lineup includes Ray-Ban from the American era, Persol from the Ratti era, American vintage from the 1950s and 1960s, German brands RODENSTOCK, METZLER, and MENRAD from the 1950s to 1970s, 12K gold-plated and 14K solid metal frames from 1891 to the 1940s, Oliver Goldsmith from 1950 to 1986, and Cazal, Alain Mikli, Emmanuel Khan, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Gianni Versace from the 1980s and 1990s. Inside the store, you can speak directly with the owner and staff about the historical background of the products.
Solakzade is Japan's first vintage eyewear specialty store, established in Osaka in 2007 by brothers Ryunosuke Okamoto and Ryu. The collection consists of approximately 20,000 pairs of glasses made between the 1850s and the 1990s, all of which are owned by Tedstock. In July 2012, the company opened its first flagship store in the basement of "goro's" along Omotesando in Harajuku.
