The Oak Door, a steakhouse located on the sixth floor of the Grand Hyatt Tokyo in Roppongi, Tokyo, will be introducing three monthly "Monthly Burgers" from July 1st to September 30th.
The Oak Door offers unique, seasonal special burgers that change monthly. From July to August, they will be introducing a new "Ice Cream Burger," featuring raspberry ice cream and chocolate ice cream patties sandwiched between a choux pastry bun. The side dish will be a crispy cinnamon-flavored pie resembling French fries, which can be dipped in three sauces: raspberry, chocolate, and mango.
In August, they will be introducing the "Vietnam Banh Mi Burger," inspired by the national dish of Vietnam, the banh mi, which is eaten like fast food. The patty is made with domestic pork mixed with garlic, fish sauce, and Sriracha chili sauce, and is topped with pork liver pate, pickled radish and carrots, cucumber, coriander, and nuoc mam mayonnaise, creating an authentic flavor.
In September, you can enjoy the "Crab & Corn Burger," a patty made with the popular crab cake, which is made with king crab, parsley, tarragon, and curry spices. Enjoy the rich textures of the juicy patty, as well as arugula, tomato, red onion, and corn.
All burgers are priced at 2,200 yen (tax and service charge not included), and are available from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM (until 3 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). However, the ice cream burger is also available from 3 PM to 5 PM.
