Fendi at JR Nagoya Takashimaya has been renovated, and Japan-exclusive Selleria is also available

Mar 12, 2014

Following the opening of a new boutique on the third floor of the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store last month, Fendi relocated and expanded its boutique at JR Nagoya Takashimaya on March 1st.
The store features a new concept design inspired by Rome, aiming for a more luxurious space. Starting on the 12th, an event will be held, inviting Italian artisans to demonstrate the manufacturing process of the iconic "Selleria" bag. In addition, the store will be the first in the Nagoya area to sell the Japan-exclusive colorway of the "Selleria."
The anniversary event celebrating the Selleria's 20th anniversary was held at the Isetan Shinjuku store and the Hankyu Department Store Osaka Umeda Main Store, and was reportedly well-received. Both attendance and sales were strong, with some versions of the specially released "Anna" bag's optional handles selling out completely. The yellow bag stood out against the blue walls, attracting many visitors. The Japan-exclusive colorway of "Selleria" will also be available at the Fendi boutique on the third floor of the main building of Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi on March 26th. It will then be available at boutiques nationwide.
