The Rich Sweet Potato Pancakes are topped with a generous amount of mellow, sweet "Annou sweet potato" sweet potato cream and served with "Beni Haruka" sweet potato, allowing you to enjoy two "tastes of autumn." They go perfectly with the bittersweet caramel sauce. The four-mushroom gratin sandwich features chicken and four types of mushrooms (mushrooms, shiitake, oyster mushrooms, and tamogi mushrooms) simmered in white sauce.
