Noodles are made using an original recipe that is kneaded by hand every morning. We offer two sizes: 2.2mm and 2.5mm.
●A commitment to even more chewy texture
In addition to domestic wheat, we use lightly salted water and whole eggs. We also include 10% domestically produced high-quality rice flour.
●A commitment to freshly boiled and fried noodles
Once an order is placed, the noodles are boiled at high temperature in a large pot, and then immediately mixed with Southeast Asian pad thai sauce on a piping hot iron plate.
