"KICKS MUSEUM Curated by Ollie," a sneaker museum fusing art and sneakers, will be held from July 17th to 20th at the DAIKANYAMA T-SITE GARDEN GALLERY in Building 2 of Daikanyama T-SITE GARDEN.

The exhibition is being held under the direction of fashion magazine "Ollie," which will feature an entire issue dedicated to sneakers in its July 14th issue. In conjunction with the magazine, YAR, a creative team garnering attention both domestically and internationally, will be serving as art directors to embody the theme of "sneakers = art."

The exhibition will feature special art by YAR artist Yoshirotten using graphics from the magazine's popular "KICKS PARADISE" series, as well as the gleaming bronze "AIR JORDAN" series by artist Matt Sena, who transforms sneakers into art using bronze. Other highlights include a selection of classic street sneakers, including rare finds, carefully selected by Hideyuki Kunii of Mita Sneakers, a long-established Ueno store. A variety of artwork by cutting-edge street artists using sneaker boxes as canvases will also be on display, along with furniture featuring sneaker boxes. A gift shop will also be open, offering a variety of stylish, limited-edition sneaker-related items, including a special edition of MAGIC STICK's "TODAYS KICKS TAG MAT," which has garnered attention on social media, and a collaborative T-shirt with APPLEBUM. Also on display will be a selection of this fall's most popular sneaker brands. There will also be a special Jason markk booth offering on-site sneaker care, and unique events like a UFO catcher with sneaker prizes.
