On May 13th, PUMA released the "ewokiru PUMA x SWP Tee," the second collaboration with the spoken words project, which has been exploring the realms of art and fashion.

This collaboration expresses the concept that art is not just something to be appreciated in a frame, but something that can be "worn" or "footed" and taken out onto the streets, through items unique to a sports brand. The first collaboration, held last year, was based on the theme of "ewohaku (wearing a picture)," and involved hand-printing each piece of suede leather, which was then cut in a factory and randomly combined to create one-of-a-kind shoes.

In addition to the shoes released last year, this second collaboration also features the "ewokiru PUMA x SWP Tee," a T-shirt that allows you to wear art, based on the theme of "ewokiru (wearing a picture)." Fifty print patterns were selected from the Spoken Words Project archives, and six pieces per pattern were used to create 300 limited-edition items. Each pattern is available in five sizes, from XS to XL, meaning that the same print design is rarely available in the same size, allowing you to truly wear a one-of-a-kind piece of art. Each piece is individually numbered to confirm its limited production, and each piece is individually hand-printed, preserving the freshly crafted feel unique to premium, one-of-a-kind pieces. The second wave of items will feature vibrant colors and foils to complement the white-based premium suede of the first wave, "PUMA Suede for SWP," as well as new monochrome print patterns. A pop-up shop, "Wear Art ~ Spoken Words Project × PUMA," is scheduled to open at Center Park/TOKYO Kaihoku, the second floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building, from June 8th to 14th.
