On May 28th, adidas will release the "JUICE Stan Smith" (19,000 yen), a collaboration sneaker with JUICE, the band led by singer and actor Edison Chen, as part of the brand's year-long "adidas Consortium Tour," a tour of various countries through sneakers.

Edison Chen's design was inspired by JUICE's interior, which resembles a quiet hideaway in the concrete jungle, with its concrete floors, natural wood, metal, and natural green leaves with occasional glimmers of light. This collaborative sneaker adds a twist to the essence of this year's transformation of tennis shoes into lifestyle sneakers.

Features include a clean gray color scheme, subtle chrome eyelets, and suede details with forest green brand labels on the tongue and heel patch. The understated yet fresh, natural yet man-made contrast of tones echoes the interiors found in Juice's retail spaces, while the blend of natural and unnatural elements in East Asia, home to some of the world's oldest rainforests and the most diverse vegetation on Earth, is also key to the collaboration's backdrop.
