The Setouchi Triennale 2016, a contemporary art festival held on the islands of the Seto Inland Sea, will host a tour event called "Sanuki Dinner Party" on 18 weekends and holidays from July 18 to November 5. The "Sanuki Dinner Party" tour event begins at 4:00 PM from JR Takamatsu Station as a special welcome for festival visitors who have enjoyed island-hopping during the day. After enjoying a stroll around the park in summer or viewing artwork by Tokyo University of the Arts in autumn, attendees can enjoy an outdoor performance by the Yubiwa Hotel Theater Company, rooted in the climate and history of the Setouchi region, in the north garden in front of the Commerce and Industry Promotion Hall North Building. Afterward, guests can return to the North Building to enjoy a course meal featuring a generous selection of Setouchi ingredients, prepared primarily by students of the "Flam Setouchi Food Academy" under the supervision of EAT & ART TARO. The menu is expected to include olive-fed beef roast beef and canned sushi. The dates for the summer events are July 18th, 23rd, 24th, 30th, and 31st, August 20th, 21st, 27th, 28th, and September 3rd and 4th, and for the autumn events they are October 15th, 16th, 22nd, 23rd, 29th, 30th, and November 5th. The fare is 8,000 yen, including bus fare, admission to Ritsurin Garden, performance admission, food and drink, etc., and the capacity is 60 people per event.
