The CHANEL Fall/Winter 2025/26 ready-to-wear collection, created by the Creation Studio, plays with scale: size, length and proportion, like a theatre of dreamlike illusions.

An installation by scenographer Willo Perron dances and soars beneath the glass roof of the Grand Palais. Set against a backdrop of a giant black ribbon, the collection challenges preconceptions and redefines perception.

Mini jackets in blue, white, and pink tweed are paired with long, bold trousers. There are oversized poplin shirts that reach the ankles, and black tweed jackets with striking braided trim that resemble long coat dresses with jewel buttons, complete with capes that reach down to the cuffs.

Bow ties, ribbons, pearls, flowers... This collection reinterprets the Maison's most cherished signatures. Bow ties of all sizes blossom from the collars and cuffs of blouses and dresses, add glamour to necklaces, and even adorn the ankles of a dazzling black down jacket and sweatpants ensemble. Long white knitted ribbons encase black sweaters and adorn large shoulder bows, while voluminous and openwork ribbons accentuate dresses, cardigans, and sweaters.

Elaborate illusions permeate the collection: solitary pearl heels, crossbody bags resembling oversized pearl necklaces, and costume jewelry adorned to the max with rhinestones. Layering is key to achieving the trompe l'oeil effect. A pomegranate tweed three-piece suit comprises a micro jacket lined in bright red silk, a wrap skirt, and flared trousers. A bronze tunic and trousers are layered with a skirt, while a long slit skirt worn over a sleeveless blouson-style vest is layered with a miniskirt.

Playing between contrast and balance, flowing flounce capes in black and white tulle complement champagne, black and white tweed suits. An ecru trouser suit is paired with a black tulle blouse and skirt. An ecru jacket dress is teamed with a long shirt with white tulle puff sleeves. Sheerness creates different silhouettes, adding movement to the look.

Delicacy is evident in chiffon jeans, tweed-like silk, flowing ribbon prints and black organza hoodies with bow ties. Feminine touches are added in sock ankle boots and satin ruching on the upper. A detachable flower corolla-like ruff collar, a black wool lace trench coat with faux fur trim and a black sweater with a three-dimensional white petal plastron add a poetic touch to the entire collection.

Evoking a fairy-tale world, the Fall/Winter 2025/26 ready-to-wear collection is a sublime expression of the Maison's codes and evokes a world of transcendent imagination.
