Make your daily hand-washing more fun and colorful: LUSH's bar soaps have been revamped with three new flavors

Release Date:2020.09.04
Sep 4, 2020
LUSH, the British natural cosmetics brand, will begin selling three new bar soaps in stores nationwide and at the official LUSH online shop from September 4, 2020. In addition, all bar soaps will be redesigned.

LUSH bar soaps are made up of approximately one-third cleansing ingredients, one-third moisturizing ingredients, and the remaining one-third fresh ingredients. They contain plenty of moisturizing natural butters, herbs, and fruit essential oils, protecting your skin while allowing the ingredients in each product to work to achieve the feel and finish you desire. As before, the products will be sold naked, eliminating any unnecessary packaging that would otherwise be wasteful, which not only reduces the burden on the environment but also allows the rich scent of essential oils to spread throughout the body.

Benefits of washing your hands with Lush bar soap
1. Proven cleansing power
Thoroughly washes away dirt with cleansing ingredients
Generally, bar soaps have concentrated cleansing ingredients by reducing the water content, allowing them to thoroughly wash away dirt. Additionally, washing your hands with soap and running water destroys bacteria and helps wash away viruses. Gentle cleansing doesn't necessarily mean a soap has weak cleansing power.

2. Gentle on the Skin
Moisturizing with naturally derived ingredients for hydrated, moisturized skin. Your skin is naturally covered with a layer of friendly bacteria called resident skin flora, which protects it from pathogens, infections, and less friendly bacteria. Soaps with too strong cleansing power can strip away this natural protective layer, leaving your skin more susceptible to infection and dryness. Bar soaps cleanse your skin thoroughly and gently with rich lather. They don't strip away excess sebum, maintaining the skin's necessary balance, while the cocoa butter, honey, and moisturizers in the soap gently hydrate your skin.

3 Packed with the bounty of nature
Choose the ingredients and scent that's right for you
Lush bar soaps are formulated with plenty of essential oils and extracts derived from organic herbs and fruits. In addition to cleansing and moisturizing, each soap offers unique benefits realized by its ingredients. For example, herbs such as tea tree, which have been recognized since ancient times for their antibacterial properties and used like medicine, honey that delivers fresh moisture, lemon that removes dead skin cells and conditions skin, fruits and flowers that add radiance and vitality... Every soap is packed with the bounty of nature. The rich scents and colors make hand washing even more enjoyable.

4 Free from synthetic preservatives
Stays hygienic until the end
Bar soaps are generally alkaline. This creates a harsh biochemical environment in which microorganisms cannot survive. Because the soap itself destroys fungi and prevents bacterial growth, it can be said to be hygienic both during use and storage. Furthermore, bar soaps reduce the moisture content of the raw materials, which is a breeding ground for bacteria. The product can be preserved using the natural "self-preserving" power of the raw materials, without relying on synthetic preservatives.

5. Environmental Consideration
"Naked" soaps reduce waste and are environmentally friendly.
Lush soaps are package-free, not only for the sake of your skin but also to reduce the burden on the environment. This is Lush's basic style, ensuring that they are gentle not only on your skin but also on the global environment.
