Advantage Partners transfers all of Lip Service's Krejci shares to MIT

Apr 1, 2013
On the 29th, Advantage Partners' investment fund (hereinafter referred to as "AP Fund") transferred all of its shares in Krej, which operates fashion businesses such as "Lip Service," to MIT Partners II LLC, a group company of MIT Corporate Advisory Services.
Krej was established in August 2007 when AP Fund acquired the main apparel business division of its predecessor, Joe International, and conducted a management buyout (MBO). Over the past six years, the number of stores has increased by 80%, expanding into station buildings, shopping centers, outlets, and overseas locations. Krej is particularly a pioneer in the e-commerce industry.
As Krej aims to develop a multi-channel, multi-brand business based on its existing brands and established operations, MIT's logistics and production capabilities will strengthen the infrastructure needed to support Krej's business expansion, leading to the conclusion that MIT is the best choice for Krej's further growth.

Regarding the transfer of shares, an internal source commented, "Other than the change in capital, the business structure and other internal aspects will remain the same. We will simply continue to create innovation."
