Since its founding in 1906, French high jeweler Van Cleef & Arpels has used its distinctive style and exquisite savoir-faire to bring unparalleled precious stones to life, optimizing their brilliance. True to this tradition, the Maison pays homage to iconic pieces owned by its renowned clients with three new high jewelry pieces crafted with the rarest stones: emeralds, rubies, and diamonds.

Merveilles d'Eméraude Necklace and Earrings
The new high jewelry piece, the Merveilles d'Eméraude Necklace, from its Place Vendôme atelier, recalls one of the Maison's legendary Collaret necklaces, originally owned by Egyptian Princess Faiza in 1929. The piece features a striking geometric shape seamlessly set with diamonds, from which 10 drop-shaped emeralds cascade.

Featuring five exceptionally large Colombian emeralds totaling 70.40 carats, this unique piece features slender, faceted pear-shaped emeralds with a warm green hue. To showcase the Maison's savoir-faire, the pear-shaped emeralds are accented by interwoven, shimmering ribbons of round, baguette, and triangular diamonds. Following in the footsteps of Princess Faiza's necklace, which cascades down her back with a stunning jeweled clasp, this new piece also features a sparkling diamond train adorning the nape of the wearer's neck. This radiant, geometric piece can be transformed to suit any occasion.

Ruby en Seine Bracelet
The Jaltier bracelet, with its three-dimensional structure and opulent pavé setting, was a favorite piece of actress Marlene Dietrich. The Ruby en Seine Bracelet pays homage to this piece, designed by Van Cleef & Arpels. Purchased by her in 1937, this statement piece is comprised of multiple large loops set with rubies and diamonds. Marlene Dietrich was often photographed wearing this bracelet, and it also sparkled on her wrist in Alfred Hitchcock's 1950 film Stage Fright.

Tindress Etancefront Earrings
The Teintdress Etancefront Earrings were inspired by the Van Cleef & Arpels earrings that Aristotle Onassis gave to Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis as a wedding gift in 1968. Jacqueline often made public appearances wearing floral-themed earrings set with large cabochon-cut rubies and featuring diamonds that sparkle like the center of a flower.

Both earrings feature a pear-shaped diamond and a corolla that spreads out around it. The petals, featuring delicate leaf veins, are slightly curved and relief-finished, almost as if they were alive, expressing a love for nature, which is filled with endless life. Two pear-shaped diamonds (DFL Type 2A, totaling 20.21 carats) cut from the same rough stone, each weighing over 10 carats, are flawless, the highest quality, and enhance the floral motif with a vivid sparkle.
