In 1906, before the founding of the Maison, Mademoiselle Chanel was captivated by the quilting on horse blankets and grooms' jackets owned by her then-lover, Étienne Balsan. Fascinated by the graphic and striking quilting, she began incorporating the motif into her interior and fashion creations in the 1920s. In 2015, the quilting was reborn in precious gold, resulting in the creation of the fine jewelry line, "Coco Crush." This collection, crafted with refined, minimalist jewelry, is perfect for any occasion. Just as the free-spirited and innovative designer Gabrielle Chanel adorned the most special moments in her life with jewelry, it is a collection for independent women, perfect for commemorating special milestones and encounters.

In January 2025, the Coco Crush lineup will be expanded with a number of new pieces. A single ear cuff, evocative of Mademoiselle's nickname, features a single diamond in the center of a C or O motif. Hoop earrings in solid metal feature overlapping large and small C motifs. Finally, a necklace featuring a single diamond in the center of an O motif adorned with diamonds on the front. These new pieces, worn layered on the ears or chest to spell out "C.O.C.O." and tell the precious story of Coco Crush, are uniquely Chanel jewelry that transforms with each combination.

Also featured are new pieces studded with pavé-set diamonds. This full-pavé ring, completely covered in sparkling diamonds, accentuates the three-dimensionality of the quilted motif, highlighting the rhythm and geometry of its lines. A new ring, challenging the boundaries of expression, has also been created by adorning the diagonal lines of the quilted motif with diamonds. Although the diamonds appear to be arranged in a disorderly manner, this is the result of the gem-setter's advanced and meticulous techniques. The bold setting, which becomes even more distinctive when layered, inspires diverse ways of wearing the piece. In addition, variations adorned with diamonds will also be added to the slim mini model bracelet and small single hoop earrings.
